Free state notes
Choose two states. We send a note built from the Accountant-General’s state schedule: gross allocation, every deduction at source, net received against the state’s own normal, the step-changes and what drove them, and the limits of the data. Each note is checked against the source PDF before it goes out, and it opens with one finding you’re unlikely to have already.
What it isn’t
A state treasury balance. It excludes internally generated revenue, loan drawdowns and other inflows, and the note says so.
