    Meet qualification and referee requirements

    Hold building qualifications: upload 2 CORBON certificates + 3 national (or 2 national + 2 state) certificates, a Certificate of Experience endorsed by a Registered Builder, and 2 referees who are Registered Builders with 3+ years post-registration.

    Submit project documentation

    Upload a Project Quality Management Plan, a Project Health & Safety Management Plan and a Construction Programme.

    Apply and pay on the BuMaP portal

    Apply on the CORBON BuMaP registration portal and pay the fee (₦45,000 for Nigerians; ₦65,000 temporary registration for foreigners).

    On assessment, register as a builder with a practice licence. Construction firms must also engage NIA/NSE/COREN-registered professionals as relevant.
