    Incorporate and meet capital

    Prepare operational and safety manuals

    Prepare an Operational Manual (SOPs per the IATA Ground Handling Manual), a Safety Management System (SMS) manual, a Security Manual (relevant ICAO Annexes) and a Dangerous Goods Manual (ICAO Annex 18).

    Apply to the Director-General
