    Incorporate a company with CAC

    Apply to the Postmaster-General (NIPOST CLRD)

    Apply (through a lawyer) to the Postmaster-General. Non-refundable application fee ₦20,000, paid online via Remita/TSA.

    Submit requirements and pass inspection

    Submit company profile, business plan, operations manual, Goods-in-Transit insurance policy, evidence of storage/warehousing (subject to inspection), and expatriate-quota compliance if hiring non-Nigerians.

  4. 04

    Pay the category licence fee and obtain licence

    What is required
    Pay the fee for your licence category, then receive the licence. Fees: International ₦20m (renewal ₦1.875m/yr); National ₦10m (renewal ₦4m/yr); Regional (single geo-political zone, per CLRD schedule); State/SME ₦250,000 (renewal ₦100,000/yr); plus a Solo-Rider permit for a single motorcycle.
