- A courier/logistics operator must first be registered under CAMA (see the CAC company-registration procedure).

- Apply (through a lawyer) to the Postmaster-General. Non-refundable application fee ₦20,000, paid online via Remita/TSA.

- NIPOST
- Pay the fee for your licence category, then receive the licence. Fees: International ₦20m (renewal ₦1.875m/yr); National ₦10m (renewal ₦4m/yr); Regional (single geo-political zone, per CLRD schedule); State/SME ₦250,000 (renewal ₦100,000/yr); plus a Solo-Rider permit for a single motorcycle.
